I. General Return Policy
Eligibility for returns
Item must be unused, in the original packing, and in the same condition as received.
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Except as noted below, some items and services are non-refundable.

Unreturnable Items
Engraved crafts, custom t-shirts, logos.
Cookie, cake, and other perishable items.
Confirmed travel services.

Refund Policy
Kami's Kreation Station and Kukis
Refunds are available for approved returns after inspection.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
There are no refunds on shipping. Return shipping costs are subtracted from refunds.
Travel Services (Kami's Travels) - Travel provider terms and conditions govern refunds for services such as airlines, hotels, resorts, and cruise lines.
No refunds are given for personalized itineraries or concierge services once planning begins.
- Cancellations and refunds must follow the provider's policies.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with images and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we'll replace or refund the product.

3. Returns/Refunds Process

4 Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged merchandise. Custom and perishable products cannot be exchanged.

5. Late or Missing Refunds - Did you not receive a refund within 10 business days? Contact your bank or payment provider.
